Billing, refunds, and cancellations

Current availability

New paid subscriptions are temporarily unavailable. Checkout is disabled, registering does not collect payment, and ClearClose HQ does not ask for card details during this pause.

Planned pricing

The currently configured planned price is $300 per month, billed monthly in USD. This is not an offer to purchase while checkout is disabled. Any resumed offer will show its price and billing terms before payment. When checkout is enabled, new subscriptions will run through Stripe and Newman Vault, LLC will be the merchant of record.

Payment processors

Two processors have been used at different times. Stripe is configured for new subscriptions and is the only checkout that will be offered when paid subscriptions resume. Polar was configured earlier; it currently has no active subscriptions. Disabling checkout on either processor does not by itself cancel or stop an existing subscription.

Existing subscriptions

Disabling new checkout does not cancel an existing Polar subscription or stop its scheduled renewal. Existing subscribers should use the management link provided by Polar or contact support for help locating it.

Cancellations

New cancellation terms have not yet been finalized for a future paid release. Checkout will remain disabled until cancellation timing is published. Existing subscribers who need assistance should contact support before their next renewal.

Refunds

No new payment is collected while subscriptions are paused, so there is no new purchase to refund. Refund eligibility and timing for a future paid release have not yet been finalized and will be published before checkout is enabled. For questions about an existing charge, contact support with the account email and charge date.
